Broccoliheads Seller Agreement Terms
Summary
Broccoliheads provides an opportunity for all artisans whose products meet our general sales standards (outlined below) to sell their items in our online store at broccoliheads.com.
Broccoliheads General Sales Standards
Products sold on the Broccoliheads platform must meet the following criteria:
The product must be:
- Clean
- Intact
- Unused (unless it falls under the second-hand category)
- Fit for its intended purpose
- Consistent with the seller’s provided sales information (images, sizes, purpose)
Service Fees
Listing products on our platform is free. Broccoliheads charges a service fee on product sales.
The service fee percentage depends on the plan you choose.
Broccoliheads Seller Plans
Currently, we offer three different seller plans on Broccoliheads:
- Full Broccoli – 10% service fee
- Half Broccoli – 5% service fee
- Custom Broccoli – Negotiable percentage based on a tailored plan

Under this plan, Broccoliheads handles the following:

- Online sales management
- Shipping
- Social media advertising

This plan is for artisans who want to stay involved in the sales process while still benefiting from our platform’s support.
Under this plan, Broccoliheads handles:
- Online store management
- Product listing
- Online sales management
- Social media advertising
The artisan is responsible for:
- Product information compilation
- Product photography
- Product storage
- Shipping

Custom Broccoli
This plan is customized based on individual agreements. As an artisan, you can decide which tasks you want to handle yourself and which ones you’d like us to take care of.
Under this plan, Broccoliheads and the artisan will divide responsibilities for the following tasks:
- Online store management
- Product information compilation and entry
- Product photography
- Product listing
- Product storage
- Online sales management
- Shipping
- Social media advertising

Taxes
Broccoliheads is not responsible for income tax payments.
Each artisan selling through the Broccoliheads platform is responsible for their own income tax obligations.
